    It's preseason. :salute: While it will be nice if the Packers can end up winning, the big deal will be no injuries and getting to watch the young guys trying to make the 53 man roster.:handshake:

    If I remember correctly, it was AFL prior to NFL, correct?

    AFC/NFC still refers back to the original leagues I believe.

    AFL vs NFL was the old championship before the merger. Then they named it the Super Bowl. Also the trophy is the Lombardi trophy, after of course, legendary Packers coach Vince Lombardi. ;)

    Cleveland is going the right direction. I think they'll be pretty good this year. Their defense should be much better this year, which should allow a better offense to get some more W's.



    Plus I always have a couple of Brown's on my fantasy leagues. :)


    Oh yeah, anyone interested in a free fantasy football league, hit me up... We had one here on FHC last year and it was a lot of fun.

    Breakfast with Dad this morning. Caffeine going in, and it looks like it may rain today. The weather guessers say about a 60% chance. Hopefully get some more work done outside, but if it gets too wet I have some inside stuff that needs to get done as well. You hoarders stay safe and have some fun today.

    Sun is supposed to come out today, so, back to 90! I've been trying to get a pile of birch split & stacked in this cool weather, but the rain keeps interrupting me. Maybe I can polish it off today, before it gets really hot again.
    Also have a mouse catching project going on. They have been getting fat on cat food! Kitty catches them, plays with them, and most of the time they get away again. I've caught two big ones so far with glue traps.
