    Did a couple racks of baby backs today and then some jerky while the smoker was hot, finish the jerky in the dehydrator.

    I’m right here getting pizzed off! I’ve tried looking at every local supermarket and cannot find a Tritip. Yours looks like a perfect one. I might have to make the 40 mile trip to Price Choppers and load up. Right now the stand up freezer is starting to have gasket issues and my wife complained tonight that her ice cream was getting soft. Ugh! I can’t win!!:headbang:
