My favorite coffee cup, an orange FHC mug, has finally cracked. I'd love to buy a new one. But, there's not one in the store. Will they be coming back? Thanks.
Unlikely. We have had to take losses on both types of coffee cups we have had. There is a lot of demand for them until they go on sale and then we can't sell them. These are items we have to do large orders of and then sit on the stock-- I think we are done operating in that fashion.
But they did eventually sell out. Right? Are you saying that the price at which they were offered was not enough to recoup the expenses? I can see issues with sweatshirts or anything else that someone has to speculate as to the sizes that people will order, but coffee mugs? What were the numbers with those?

No, they did not sell out and we eventually gave them away for promotion when we our printer retired and our new one was unwilling to store and distribute them for us when our records showed that we had only sold a few after the introductory rush was over.
Hey Grizzly Adam is there a way to put vinyl decal on stainless steel travel mugs.. Thinking out side box here!! As I got 2 great FHC travel mugs but paint is coming off. Wedding ring.. My walking gait is unsteady so I'm not allowed regular cups..
We probably could get them sublimated directly on, but they would be spendy. I know that is something the printer can do on a as needed basis. I just don't like having stuff that I feel is too overpriced in the swag shoppe. I know, I know... Its not about me!
