    That's amazing Midwinter!



    Everyone say a prayer for Maple (and our nerves) she's getting TPLO surgery on Friday. She needs both rear legs done, but this hospital only does one at a time. The hospital is Peak veterinary hospital in Vt.

    My brothers dog had both knees rebuilt.

    I honestly think most knee surgery's even tplo is so common (and the sucesss rate is rising) it's foolproof.:pain:

    I'd feel nervous though too! It is a family member.


    We have an appointment for the 14th at Cornell for Duke.

    It's 3 hrs away and we know nothing!
    We are probably going to have his surgery done there.

    They might operate the 15th(possibly the 14th)... He(we) might not leave for a few days....
    I'm definitely not leaving him there!

    Just got back from having coffee with Well Seasoned and his beautiful better half Dawn, the Vets office was a 2 hour drive for them.. 25 minutes for me.. But you know FHC, cup of coffee takes hours:thumbs:.. So praying for their pup.

    So sorry for your loss Stinny and family., :(
