    Animal planet may have been more action....many of the animals were sleeping from the heat. Mountain lion was in its den but still could tell it is a big mamba jamba. Da Bear was snoozing but woke up enough to lift his head to say HI to David

    oh, no...all those folks who like it hot and humid are certainly having a banner summer...so, those of us who like it cold deserve our turn! Lets see.....howza bout zero degrees in November until, say, the middle of May?

    We had to travel to middletown today. Dropped off a fish Joey caught to get mounted. Then started celebrating momma's birthday a day early. Hit Lenny and Joe's fish tales in westbrook for an early dinner. Food was very good. Hard to get good seafood up in the NW corner. :beerbbq:

    I'm meeting my mother and sister for lunch tomorrow and they decided they want to meet here. This happens to be the same weekend that I have my annual lobster, clams and corn feast with my kids. I'm not sure I can handle lobsters and clams twice in the same weekend.
