    I split & stacked it the other night - smells and looks like Oak to me. This makes just over 5 cords gathered split & stacked since January. Mostly Ash, some Silver Maple, Black Locust, Pine, a bit of who knows, and this Oak looking stuff. Free wood is good wood. This is slated to heat the house three winters down the road.

    I hope to get two more cords before the snow flies - I know - It’s a disease.
