    Foundation is backfilled and some grading done.

    Basement slab poured yesterday. The walk out wall is supposed to be built on Thursday and the modules set on Friday.

    One of the modules showed up at the build site yesterday, not sure where the other one is.

    Yeah I saw that, I think they picked off a pine branch in the driveway. Doesn't look like it hurt anything.

    Funny, the last house we built was modular also. There was another house being built nearby also and the modules for that house were delivered the same day as ours...we didn't known this till later...the whole town lost power that day and the report was a house module hit a power pole in the middle of town and snapped it in half:faint:. We were quite upset for a few hours until we figured out that it was one of the modules for the other house and not ours:picard:

    The house across the street and up one lot is/was 4 modules. Sort of a simple modern colonial two story. When it was set in place it had two front doors, one on each floor. One above the other. A couple of days later the upstairs door was replaced with a window.

    DaveGunter where did you get the modular from? Coastline, Broughm, Showcase? One of my best friends works for Showcase, does the finishing touches, builds decks and such, knee walls. Sets a few but not many anymore.
