    Fortunately we have not had to use air conditioning for a while now. Unfortunately, most of the rains missed us. However, we lucked out and got .3" overnight and it is appreciated but we need more. Love the cool weather though. Feels a bit like fall in the air.

    Coons have really wrecked most of our raspberry patch this year. Usually they don't bother the berries but they certainly are this year. Also have wrecked a big patch of the corn. Here is a trail cam picture of 4 coon coming out of the berries.

    Absolutely! Benefits of being a former service tech myself. I was sweating it at first, then a quick google search revealed that the two most common issues are a cheap fix. Spin the fan and it comes to life and it’s the capacitor. The top of it being popped up confirmed such.

    Had a couple bad caps on a computer motherboard exactly once (wife's machine). Out of all the machines I put together, that was the only one.
    Pretty easy to spot if you know to look for it.
    Gooder on ya' for gettin' it dun.

    One of My AC units was out a few years ago. I traced it to a bad Capacitor. Fan would spin a bit, AC compressor was working and cooling, mine wasn't bulged much. Enede up buying one off ebay for like $6, fixed it.

    Just saw on TWC .com they claim that most of the east coast and including up to where your at will be slightly below normal for the remainder of summer into fall

    I could hear mine buzzing. I could start the fan spinning, but the cap also fires the compressor, so I was sol. Correct replacement was $11.25 shipped on Amazon
