I had no idea they made such as that. And....I sound like my grandmother. I moved to smaller and rural areas about 16 years ago. Its amazing what has come along that I just don't know about it. My grandmother grew up in rural SC, without paved roads, power or many modern amenities even up to the day she died about 8 years or so ago. They didn't have indoor plumbing till my dad went off to college in the early 70s. Power was not even availible at the farm till the 50s!

But anyway so much stuff I just don't know about. I don't go to town much so I don't even see things that are availible at walmart.

There is also a black metal cover that goes over the pit so it can be used as a regular table for next to your chairs. There is soooo much cool stuff we make these days that are convenient. Every once and a while I will go to Tractor Supply, Lowe’s, and even Wal Mart when I know they won’t be busy and take a look around to see what they have. Most times going for one or two other little things we need and check other things out.

Not really. I think the 3d camera is a gimmick at this point. I think it'll get further in the near future.

Now the 3d printer/ scanner thing is a big deal. Being able to replicate things in your own shop with a scanner and printer is a huge thing.

I have started doing the same and looking around and what's availible for certain things. Specialty tools or new gadgets to use for something or stuff like that. I try to keep stuff in mind for when I need it. I am amazed when I go in and look. I buy a lot off amazon, stuff that can't be had in town or is just as cheap or cheaper than I can buy in town and then they bring it to me. While I love it, you loose that retail experience where you see other things that you either need or don't need and you just don't know what's out there without it.

Like I saw at walmart the other day motor oil in a car board box with a plastic bladder. Reducing packaging and better for resources and save them on material cost I guess? Would of had no idea it existed but I saw it there. I think it was havoline oil. Same concept ad like box wine.

Hanging outside of work on smoke break when this little one runs up in front of me and hangs out for a bit.

    Smallest I've ever seen.

If I remember correctly, once you tuned in the station, you pulled out one of the buttons, then pushed it back in.

    Been a loong time.

Caffeine! Getting started this morning. This entire section along the main road was full of stumps, stones, and in a low section brush and weeds. Lot of work done here in the last week.
