    Anyone have a spare left shoulder they could give me? It's been screwed up for years, but really taken a turn for the worse this week. I just did ball joints in the wifes car, and I'm in agony now.

    Unfortunately, yes.

    Instead of a new truck, I'm going to have ended up paying nearly half as much as one in hospital costs in the past calendar year between 3 human and 1 dog surgery.

    Sorry, both of mine are bad but at my age I don't think it worth getting fixed. I use lots of heat which helps with the pain and aching. Worst is at night as I like sleeping on my side. So I do lots of rolling over all night.

    Mine might help a little, but not a lot. I have good days and bad days. I don't even have to do anything to make either of them (or both) flair up. I definitely can't sleep on my left side though - that is guaranteed to bring on complaint.

    Unfortunately @ 49 I have the same problem. Right shoulder is worse than left as it was dislocated years ago.

    I've still got quite a ways to go in this shell. :hair:
