16 degrees this morning, you guessed it, more Cherry in the Liberty. So far we have a nice melt going on, in the high 40's during the day and below freezing at night.

That must be a good feeling. Relax and not have to do the wood things for a while, too cold here to stop burning.

Working on resupply now. I'm processing a couple cords of Ash. Going to be raining next few days though.

Almost feels like spring. One fire this morning and it's still over 70° in the house.

Nice work. It will be nice to not have to tend and think about the fire now. So. Are you done burning until the cold of next fall?

Right at 32 on the back porch this morning. Ash burning in the boiler. I started seeing and hearing a lot of geese. Always a good sign. My daughter and I also saw two Great Blue Herons on our walk yesterday.

High 20's this morning. Been seeing 50's during the day.
A few beech splits and 20lbs of coal gets me 20 hour burn with a 10-15 degree temp drop. Can still start up on coals. NICE !
Been having slumber parties at the lil womans house so no need for 70 temps at the mansion.
