Got a wood delivery today

    Tree guys were working down my street, so I stopped and talked to them.
    They came down and dropped off a the pine tree They just cut down.
    I need some shoulder wood anyway.
    I told them to keep me in mind for future, and I would give them 20 bucks for gas to bring some good stuff.
    I gave them 10 bucks today as a goodwill gesture for their trouble

    Properly seasoned should be good. What's minimum seasoning time on this wood?

    I've burned green pine this year. The chimney cap shows it. :eek:
