    A coincidence is that I bought a top round tonight too. I actually tried to get a Tri-tip at a Price Chopper I just happened to be near the other day. Went with my son who’s looking for a 65-68 Mustang. Had no other reason to be 25 miles away from home and pass a Price Chopper. Wouldn’t you know it, they We’re sold out.

    After a few hours in the pool and a couple of cold pints, it's time for some chicken thighs with some assistance of some Kingsford premium blend wood chips in the smoker box, Apple, hickory, oak. The whole backyard smells delicious, lol
