Pretty much me every day of.my life.

Have you ever been to Wildcat Falls in Merrimack? Went with my wife yesterday. Nice easy hike you could take your grandson on. A little bit of climbing required around the falls though.

I never have, sounds like a good excursion. He's got a bug phobia we need to work on. A waterfall is a great payoff at the end of a hike! It ought to be roaring this AM. The thunder woke me up, then the drenched cat, and then I dreamed that she fell in the pool and the chlorine bleached her orange.

Guy who used to work with me got them for free, he's building a little platform for his outdoor table. Back of the Jeep was loaded, as well as what you see in my truck. He saved probably a grand or so, and the other guy was only going to take them to the dump.

Gotta keep busy haha. Can't refuse to help a buddy either.

That jeep is probably stronger than the truck at this point, but between the 2 we got it done

I didnt even think of the rain! We got out of there just about an hour before it hit. Bugs really weren't that bad surprisingly.

I never heard any thunder....though, I sleep pretty soundly between 12-4ish

I see They finally cracked the Joseph Newton Chandler III case......strange fella. John/Jane doe Cases like this always pique my interest, and it seems advances in DNA is starting to bust a few of them. Isdal woman remains unsolved after 47 years, Peter Bergmann is another real mysterious one......wonder if they'll manage to Crack those or if they'll go unknown a while yet, maybe even due to lack of funds.....

DNA testing revealed a WWII veteran stole an 8-year-old's identity. No one knows why - CNN

    Good day.. bad day.
    Watcha gonna do?

Not a bad day at work (for a Monday)

Go to leave work, push on brake to shift out of neutral, woah.. there's the floor.

Pop hood, brake resevoir is mid level between max and min.. hmmm

Being that it's a '96 car, I carry 1qt transmission fluid, big jug of brake fluid, gallon jug of oil, 2 gal of mixed coolant, washer fluid, and tools.

So I top off the brake res and get back in car, pump brakes about 4 times, back up a car length, park and get out.

Yep, big puddle with a nice trail.:headbang:

Check at wheel, dry, look at frame, it's dripping. Solid brake line obviously rusted through.

I'm not gonna be bothered with that, so it's at the mechanics.:makeitrain":makeitrain"

    Just another day in life.
