    My wife is having a party for her work group the beginning of July. I’m starting on the shredded beef this weekend, next weekend will be the pork butt. Freeze the meat then toss it in the crockpots for the party.

    5 roast are shredded. I mixed in some of the broth from the crock pot and added some spicy beef seasoning.

    Melted some butter then held the taters at a 45°angle and brushed butter heavily and spooned a mixture of onion powder/garlic powder/salt/pepper and parmesan cheese,in the kamado around 400° 20180617_164738.jpg
