We are due for a thunderstorm between 5 and 6. I hope it pours, we are very dry.

Rain moved through to our north this morning. Some heavy rains as it moved out of Wisconsin but it was petering out fast. Had to go to town a bit ago and had some sprinkles on the way home but not much on radar yet. Expect there will be some because of how the air feels...awful.

I just heard a quick blurb on the ABC nightly news. Not sure where - sorry, I'm no help at all.

Massive winds and rain just hit here (Hillsboro). Trees are whipping all over the place and crackling lightning too.

We got a nice downpour. No pine limbs down from the wind, that's always nice. Maybe all those little pine pollen dealies got knocked down.

Yeah, but if you think about it too much, you'll never get any rest. Pallet Pete

I used to have to travel a few times a year for my job, first thing I did was wash coffee/drinking cups, coffee pot. :hair: I got lipstick off every single cup whether they looked clean or not, and I heard on a tv show years ago sometimes hotel staff do not change cleaning rags between cleaning the bathroom and then the main room :bug:

Looks like the big storms are here now.

Supposed to thankfully cool down on the backside of the front.:singingintherain::dancer:

We had some crazy weather at work. Just very heavy rain, no hail or super crazy wind to damage stuff. The temps dropped to 77 real quick.

We got hit with a downpour with lots of thunder and lightning around 8pm. Leaves and small branches down from the winds.

Sounds like you got it worse than us.
Had some heavy rain, thunder & lightning, but it didn't last very long.

    Still 73F @10:45pm. :picard:

Ours didn’t last long either, but it did hit hard. Two miles away there were power outages. We got lucky this time.
