First impression, they look pretty BA, especially when they are on the forehead. Second, they are comfortable. Third, can see through them pretty well-- a lot better than sweaty, smudge safety glasses.
Friday-- don't want to get any chunks from the splitter in our eyes! Seriously though, bring Sophie-- I have a couple pieces that need run through the saw buck.
I need to order a couple pairs of the bugz-eye goggles next time Baileys has cheap shipping. I ordered a couple of the cheaper pairs, and they don't look too bad... but from what I hear, the bugz eye goggles are the real deal.
Anybody else using the helmet/face-shield/ear muffs have problems with pressure buildup in the ears? I have found that each time I put the ear protection on, I have about 10-15 minutes of use before the pressure is so bad it is painful. Happens to me every time.
Love those hardhats, mesh goggles and ear muffs all in one!! Where's the best place to buy them?? NEED ASAP! I wear regular goggles and a cheap set of ear muffs. The goggles fog all the time and drive me nuts, and the ear muffs are too tight and bother my ears. I bet that all in one set is the bomb!
Tractor Supply has them on the shelf. Sure the Husqvarna and Stihl dealers have them too. Just a version that costs a bit more....
another 6000 pcs/mo. apr and may on stihl. Tasco 4000 ea mo. been a real consistent, long time customer, 20+ years.
Tasco corp. continues to churn out both Stihl and their own face shield. they have been a customer of mine since the middle 90's. this year they have produced more year over year than any other. check their website http://www.tascocorp.com/forestry-systems/ or your stihl dealer
