    Call a few dairy service shops and ask! We take them back as a courtesy to the farms we service. I’m sure others do too!!

    When I started hauling milk before going into the service end of things I was shocked at how many there where.... It makes sense when you think about it babies come from somewhere :whistle::rofl: :lol:

    Yeah teat dip is mainly iodine, no? Should be OK to use those totes after a good washout...might not want to store drinking water...IDK...

    You can use iodine to treat water for drinking.How to Purify Water Using Iodine Tincture

    Unless there's other stuff in it? But still, it can't be unsafe as it's used in food prep, basically.

    Not all of them are iodine based. We sell a wide range. The iodine ones are not coming home they permanently stain the totes brown and they don’t wash out.

    Kinda ugly... Some are mixed with other chemicals at farms and we never know which is which when they come back. Soo I don’t wanna mess with them.
