Argh I did something to set my shoulder off. Searing take your breath away pain from my left rotator cuff if I move my arm more than 45 degrees from straight down.

I need to get them both fixed one of these days.

Pffffffft, wildfire just south of us. I'm not worried since it's only grass and low shrubs here compared to the massive destruction in Colorado. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

Thankfully, icing my shoulder for a bit took care of the problem.

Holy Cow WWW allergies are the worst I've ever seen in almost 30 years, eyes red and lids very swollen, he's been coughing and sneezing and snotting and nose totally blocked for almost a day now. Clariten is not making a dent. (he mowed and weed wacked two days in a row). Nope, he will not entertain a nettie pot. He did however sniff a vicks vapor stick dry and finally tried a nasal saline spray. No relief. Any suggestions?

Alka seltzer (Alka-Seltzer Plus Sinus & Allergy) .... When my allergies get that bad I take the "sinus, cold, cough" ones.. But there are three of them that will work... I also take zyrtec daily... Hopefully he gets feeling better...

My husband had a shoulder replacement done at NE Baptist Hospital by Dr. Andrew Jawa (Boston Sports and Shoulder is the name of his practice) with excellent results. Get a referral from your doctor if you want the best.

Thanks! I've been dealing with them for years. First because I couldn't afford the down time in my profession, and now because of the recovery period and a little girl that I need to pick up all the time.

    One of these days!
