    FIRST YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD the security updates and install them getting rid of the table changes does not get rid of the basic issue which is F/U software, I got rid of more than one software security issue with installing new software.

    Joey and I have been hitting the lakes. Too hot yesterday and only caught some little ones. Today was a bit cooler and the chunks were out in the AM. Best fish of the last few trips. Perfect morning until the wind started howlin!! Momma took some time off too, Shes been testing her green thumb while Joey and I stay outta her hair. ;)

    Most routers have a software package included, And will do the update for you. Or you need to go to the OEM site and download the update for it. Just make sure you get the right update.

    I haven't done mine yet(to busy fishin) But will this AM.. Got an alert update is available.

    Optimum seems to have nothing on their site that talks about upgrading router software (or anything else even similar to that) :headbang:

    Maybe it's done automatically?? May have to make a call to their Tech dept.
