Ran some saws last Winter just to pass some time. Don’t really need the wood so most of this will be likely donated to friends and family. Got at least this much to haul and process left on the hill. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Yes. Just had it for a while and although it makes splitting wood much easier than an axe or maul, I already have some issues with the control valve. I bought it used, so no warranty. Most of the wood I cut is Alder which mostly splits easily. I would opt for something a bit beefier for some of the wood I've heard about on this site and others. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hey there local PWN’er. Looking good and started right. We all been up that tree with folks in need. Had that pretty harder winter this year, wouldn’t let go easy so that family will benefit well. You planning on letting it stay until Fall? Your last comment you said you hope for some heavy duty woods, I figured you’d know about the Garry White Oak around you? If you do find it, hoard that. tamarack here might have some kind of advice for you. Whatever you get is good. I love alder for its versatility since I had some 8 years dried stuff last year. Sweet stuff too.
It sometimes won't stay in the reverse position by itself and now leaking around the the cap on the end. Nothing major but I haven't had any luck getting the leak stopped. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
