Just sprinkled some of muh homemade rub(no salt) on deez,then topped em with roasted garlic & herb rub...going in to cook low and slow for my version of cubans later.....
No pics so it didn't happen, but I finally found a use for my propane grill besides being a stand for my Weber little Joe. I cut some sweet potatoes about 1/4 thick slices, vegetable oil coating, then salt and pepper. 10 minutes per side and they were fantastic!
