The only time I actually get to take more than 1 day off in a row.

Not surprisingly, since the house temp was 69* when I got home last night, the P43 fired a couple times overnight (and is cycling down at this moment). It will be cool, cloudy and rainy today, so expect it to work some more before the weekend is over.

Same here. If I do take several days or maybe even a week off , I end up working from home during that time

Oh well, today is Monday and my package got to the Gorham PO before it left the Scarborough USPS southern ME distribution center. I still can't figure their tracking system.

But the use or lose, isn't a "bad" thing...
    It's just different...
You get to take time off, and get paid for it.
It was never intended to be a savings account...

First off *zon's delivery progress system said my package would get here May 16 - May 22 then it said Monday May 14. This morning USPS says it is out for delivery therefore today must be Monday, need I say more?

In case anyone is wondering the seller does "free" shipping on most items no prime involved. Got a part for a close to thirty year old over lock machine. Yes like HeatSeeker I have been known to fix sewing equipment. There is a bit of it in the house.

Nice in theory - but the reason I lose is because I can't seem to actually take the planned time off. I've already cancelled 3 vacation days this year because some things just had to get done (I am told they need to be done). I've actually gotten to take 1 vacation day in the last 5.5 months. Still got 19 days to take off (technically, I only have to take 14 days off since I can carry 5 of them over). I don't see that happening as I am on a worse track than last year.

And I am unwilling to do that - they do NOT get to pat themselves on the back for "giving" me vacation days that I don't get to use as vacation days. Instead, they will listen to me pizz and moan about it - I will definitely make them suffer :D.

Installed window rain guards on the Explorer this morning. I've never had those on a vehicle, but wanted them. Now I have a nice enough vehicle I could justify spending a few :emptywallet: on it. Ordered Weather Tech rain guards from Amazon on Sunday and they were here on Wednesday. Still waiting for the cargo mat to come in from another seller (not prime and I think they said back ordered). I had also ordered some used all-weather Husky floor mats from even another seller and I received them also on Wednesday. However, when I went to install them, they were all wrong - even the shape. Looked at the box and it clearly says that it is not for my vehicle (see picture). Turns out I ordered the correct thing, but that is not what I got so am sending it back free of charge.

Got the P61a all cleaned up by noon; the exhaust scrubbed and LBT'd then blocked up, and some fogging oil in the ash pan chamber (that is the only part that ever shows any rust). Finished just in time - it started sprinkling as I was bringing in the drill and lint eater (last of the tools cleaned up).

I need to think on this. I cannot use any digital prime stuff (satellite data, $$ plus monthly data cap), my prime 2 day shipping takes 3 & 4 days.
