I have ~ 460 hours on mine IIRC. It was bought new in 2008. No worries, they seem to hold their resale quite well as long as they aren't torn up.
Well, I am in the process of buying a new Kubota tractor...maybe try for price on a tractor and new RTV??
I saw an XUV835 at my dealer a few days ago...had a full hard cab, heat. AC, wipers...probably more. I stopped looking when I saw it was $23,000+! I paid $28k for my brand new 2014 F150 4x4 with 5.0 V8...no way I'd drop $23k on a SxS. Right next to it was a pretty basic 825i for $12,900...thats more palatable to me but still a lot. I've really started to consider the Ranger 570. Its not exactly everything I want...but hard to beat the price. My local dealer has a couple 2018's for $9499 and a dealer a little further away has a few 2017s for $8799. Im a little worried the 570 will leave me wanting more power on trail rides, but Im sure it would be plenty for around the property/hunting/fishing which honestly will be 90% of its use. Another huge plus is I can trade my snowmobile into the dealers with the Polaris Rangers, the John Deere dealer wont take a sled in trade. Anyone here run a Ranger 570 have any input?
Are you pricing the little or full sized 570? Mine 570 fs gets after it pretty good empty but its no 1000.
I have not driven a 570 ranger, but I can't see how a 40+ hp machine couldn't have enough to have a bit of fun when on the trails.
Acceleration is almost the same as the 900 but with a lower top speed. I know I’ve never had my 900 top out so I’d have probably been just as happy with a 570.
I know my RTV isn't going to make anybody happy trail riding, but if any of the Rangers, Hondas, Teryxs, etc. aren't enough speed wise, you a wilder man then I am!
Yeah, relatively low hours. I've only got one azz, and after time spent on the mower and the tractor, the RTV just doesn't get the seat time it deserves. My 12 year old truck only has 130k on it. Maybe I have too many seats?
