Good for you. Wish you had come to that after being two K into it. One of the main reasons I buy new. Any new vehicle I have bought has lasted way longer than any one I bought second hand. Used to be I was counting every nickel and couldn't afford better, now I can't afford to get stranded. I wish you the best of luck and service with your new ride.

Took my wife Kathryn out for her 55th birthday. .... rum point restaurant at rum point, grand cayman. Lady next table was having a birthday as well. Tomorrow it's back to the US and back to work. Great vacation. ... but a bit expensive.

The goody yum yum's are fun, but can be a bit overwhelming at times.

Our 2017 Benz C300 4 MATIC has more buttons than you can count.

We have had it since November and I am still finding stuff to play with.
The steering wheel has the paddle shifters, one on each side, and you can grip either up or down with a finger to select what you want.

The Benz has a 7 speed trans. to make things even more fun, plus 4 selections in the dynamic control system

    ECO, COMFORT, SPORT, SPORT PLUS

This stuff controls the air suspension, engine controls, tranny etc.

No shortage of goodies on these new rigs.

I get what ya say about "getting from here to there"

We looked at the new TESLA the other day. OMG
The cockpit looks like it belongs on a star ship.

I am still not sold on the battery powered rigs.

    Enjoy the new rig

    UH HUH
    Here too.

    85 F for 4 days then 50 and raining.
Went to a college ball game yesterday and it was beautiful weather until the game started, then it poured until the 7th inning.

Poor players look like drowned rats.

Cold and rainy, not good for training the pup to do her business outside. Back not better, seemed better yesterday when I was moving around. Going to go to brunch with some friends and do some grocery shopping if I feel I can walk that long. Maybe that will help. Hope everyone elses bumps ,bruises and shoulder pain gets better quick.
Sucks cause we all have so much stuff to do in the spring and weather or physical problems slow us down or keep us from doing it. Fishin, turkey hunting, motorcycling all on hold. Forget about yard and house work.

    Doggy

    Pffft.

We had 3 previously, and now have 2.

The grass still gets watered on this property.

Things finally settling down here. my Dad is giving my oldest son my grandparents house, so for the past 3 months we have been cleaning the house out and redoing the inside so every spare minute the last 2 months has been spent working on the place. Over the weekend we finally moved them in so we can finally catch our breath a bit. now it's just waiting for our first grand son to come which could be any day now.
