Ha! As it turns out, He got it from some auction in Milwaukee, I guess.

2 air bags deployed and replaced, no mechanical issues, suspension issues, alignment issues.

He also provided the VIN. Insurance company should be able to tell its history, no?

Anyhoo, I found another one locally with 48,000 on it for mileage. Everything else being the same (brand, model, trim package, year, options) but with a higher price.

You could do a Carfax check on your own to get a heads up. Wonder if it has a salvage title? Lots of times the airbags being deployed will make the car salvage if it was insured for collision at the time.

Just looked back and you had said it wasn’t a salvage title. Good luck with the deal.

He is lowering the price every week. I'll probably sit on it until mid week.

The company that re-coated the highway at the cottage also added some gravel to the shoulders last fall. Trouble is, they gave it a kinda compacting and called it good. All along the road, the county snow plows sprayed that gravel onto the ROW. Not just a little as it does every year, this year was exceptional! Spent a couple hours this afternoon raking and wheelbarrowing (?) it into the low spots in my driveway.

I think I can get a little more since I mow the ROW all along the highway in that spot.

    Getting kinda sore now.

Been hoarding wood all winter - rounds in a staging area on the paved driveway extension along side of garage. By dimensions the pile is probably 6 cords. Started splitting it today. Ran splitter for ~3 hours today - it was cold and drizzly. Stacked just over a cord in the shed. This will be used three years down the road.

Sure, I'm low on water, can you ask them to bring me a few of your beers too?

I scored some plum from my neighbors tree a few weeks ago that lost limbs from the heavy snow. She said she worried the the tree was in bad shape and it may need to be cut down.

Yesterday morning I took out the pole saw and removed all the dead branches and cut a bunch of suckers off. I cut the remainder of the snapped limbs off, and trimmed one overhanging the street.

My neighbor next to me removed the brush pile. I gave him the cut wood as I had the last pile. The tree lifted nicely and she was just about in tears that it could be saved. That made my day as I know how much it means to her.

Early church today (99 lbs will have to wake up early!:rofl: ) and then off to help out at a pancake breakfast until this afternoon.

Hoping to get back to the cottage and maybe clean up. Inside or outside, both need it after winter...dead flies inside, raking outside!

    Everyone have a great day!

I'm letting mama sleep in a bit this morning, then it's time to split and stack the load of ash in the Bronco before heading to the inlaws later.

Cuddling with my lil girl while she watches cartoons for now.

Woke up to 30 and sunny. We didn't get the forecasted snow last night. Supposed to go up to the high 40's today and low 60's the rest of the week.
Heading out to the trap club this afternoon to get some practice in before the first tournament next week end. Everyone have a great and safe day.

    Caffeine o_O!

I don’t know what I’m going to do today. Went into work last night for a little O.T. I may not do much of anything. It’s all cold and wet out. First will be an omelette with cheese, and peppers and onions, me thinks. Need to do a walk/run session, of about 5 miles, with my son when it’s not raining. Maybe do some cleaning and organizing of the garage/work bench. Enjoy your Sunday Hoarders.

After a week of super nice weather, yesterday was overcast and windy but no rain. It cleared off last night so campinspecter is headed out for a load of firewood for Mom. I have chores to do and then we will take it over to Mom's this afternoon. Looks like the week ahead will be nice again. Tulips and grape hyacinths are all blooming in the garden as well as my pansies from last year. The transplanted rhubarb is looking great. I am going to try and get some steer manure on it today.

Our youngest daughter turns 42 today. She is off ziplining with her husband while her sister looks after the kids. I hope they had nice weather.
