    I fully agree:yes:

And on a bright note here, I say spring has finally sprung. Was with Holly in the woods, and my leeks have come up through leaf cover.:dancer:

Everybody always says...Ford with a Cummins and the Allison trans...perfect truck!
Anyways...if nobody has the right hose, you can see if they have a universal flex hose...like this [IMG] or if you can't even find that...some generous layers of duct tape and then leave the radiator cap a lil loose so the system can't build pressure...gotta leave the water level down an inch or two (or it will just spit some out) Know that your system boil temp will be down a few degrees without the cap tight...like back to 212*, down from maybe ~220-230* depending on the cap pressure rating

Thats sucks Tim! Hope you get it fixed and back home soon! I'm also sorry that eatonpcat had troubles on the highway with his truck. Wish you could have made it brotha! I have your Maple syrup from Shawn Curry. I had some troubles myself. A trailer tire blowout on RT 23 about 10 mins north of Ann Arbor at about 80 mph... :bug:

My little 4.5 hr drive turned into just over 8 hrs. But I also stopped and picked up some goodies from Haas Bakery for the GTG.

More before and after photos. I came home today from the GTG to some more new parts for my current hobby with my son. Since he turned 16 he has really getting back into riding. So I've been updating my (19 year old) 400ex along with his Kawasaki 450R. Even though he has been riding since he could walk. His interest is all atv riding/racing now.

My 400ex still has new front tires, front beadlocks to match the rear, Yoshi exhaust, and a Duncan racing ported/polished 440 engine to put on mine. But for now, it has a new front bumper, air shrouds, rear tires and bead locks, and pro peg nerf bars.

His has new K & N filter, tires, wheels, nerfs, front bumper, and hand guards. A power commander will be the next purchase for his.

    Dang, that sucks Tim!

You know, I think I lost count of how many Cummins I had to pass on the way home with my little Ranger. Guess they must build em for that low end grunt rather than speed eh? :D

I made it home at 6:30 - trip was 493 miles and took 8.5 hrs. The only eventful part of the trip was when stopped in Erie PA to fuel up for the last leg. This older gentleman with an English accent walks over to me. He stepped thru the tongue of my trailer, which I thought was a little strange, but i guess it should have prepared me for the :loco:  that followed.

He didn’t know how to operate the gas pump.  The ones he was used to had a hose for each. I told him ours used to be that way too but these days it all comes out of the one hose, and you just push the button to select the grade of gasoline that you want. :picard:
