Unloaded the truck this morning before going for our walk. It is nice to walk in the daylight and it was dry as well. We made a shopping & general vet trip yesterday down island. Dogs passed the visit with flying colours. Me, I got treated because Shadow used my arm for a launch pad and tore it up. Good weather and dry roads for the most part.

Yeah! last day of work for the week.

This was my moms who was green/ blue color blind, so red it is... so she could find it!! Also got her 4 sets of keys:rofl:
I bought it for her before she passed. Probably last year ill have it because of rust.. And all my mechanics are retiring..

My wife had it for 5 years, then got her subaru.. Got to find another brand of car now.. I don't care for subaru handling on road, it feels "floaty" on road.

I should be going outside to clean up my two remaining piles of rounds that need to be split.....but it's really windy out there, and I'm riding that excuse right into sunset.

I'll deal with it this weekend I guess.

Had half a day off, kinda. Bat phone rang a little while ago and now I'm stuck on a conf call waiting for somebody to replace some hardware to get a site back up and running.

Got the yard mowed and a few things planted in the garden this afternoon. Might try to get out and shoot some stuff this evening if I can.

Got a little appreciation raise at work today. That was nice, but there's a bigger raise due any day now.

Horkn, everything I read said when they changed to timing chain it got a lot better. Wife's subie is a 2013 forrester, we got a great deal on. More importantly she loves it. Especially 10 inches of ground clearance, means I can wait til daylight to clear drive. Trust me lead foot lucy, wife's nickname that :heidi:dosent need more than 4 cylinder boxster motor. But Porsche is a race engine never knew one not to leak.. No problems in first 75k, knock on wood..

Its bucket seats do not fit my bucket. But I'm following your truck threads.

I'll be test driving at least a 5.0 f150 and also a 2.7 Ecoboost this weekend, both with the 10 speed.

I opted out of buying one this past summer for that reason right there!

I figure but Lil brother, is a mechanic and will do it in my garage for half gallon of Jack and 4 Benjamin's. 60k and 3 years later car still books for what we paid for it. Wife is :D and I :zip:..
My drive way is long uphill both ways and steep. Wife leaves for work at 6 am. I love her to death, but all she knows is fill it with gas and drive. She averages 20k miles a year.

I will buy her another one in 5 years. So she stays :D
