It sure feels good to shed those extra lbs. Since my foot surgery, my weight went way up and this spring campinspecter made a commitment to lose weight and so did I. I have lost 23 lbs and you are right Stinny. I feel better every day. It really helps to have a partner to encourage you.

    Congrats Stinny I'm down about
40 since Feb 4th. Though I have at least 60 to go. My almost 4yo is 45lbs, it's crazy to think that every time I pick her up I realize how heavy shes getting, and that I've already lost that much. I have a ways to go before my back will be able to thank me, but my feet already are.

Caffeine is just now going in. And heading for a wake up shower. Then out to the barn to do some more building. Currently enclosing the “office” room. Put the ceiling hoist and studs of last wall over last weekend. Today will be putting 1X down for roof and outside wall coverings. Little here and a little there.

Another gorgeous morning for a walk. I think it will rain later today. I don't mind the rain if it is dry when we walk in the morning.

Blue Jays swept the double header yesterday. I got to see parts of it. It was kind of weird. I got home for lunch and they are in the 4th inning. Jays are wearing Blue and the Royals white uniforms. I get home after work and they are in the 4th inning. Jays are wearing white and Royals are wearing blue uniforms. Took me a bit to make the adjustment.

Yes. We have plenty of firewood for the campfires too.

Neighbor had that happen last week. He called me and we used our tractor to lift the bed off the frame so he can get busy fixing it. Must not be done yet as he hasn't called to put it back on yet.

Another cold day. Like yesterday, it started out with some sun shine but that is gone now. I see snow to our west.

Well this is a first. We have to watch the Blue Jays live stream on Facebook. A small computer monitor instead of our big screen TV. Facebook sure is getting a lot of negative comments on this method of watching the game.

Can you hook up the computer to the big screen? For instance I can run an HDMI cable from my laptop to my big screen TV. Not sure if you have the right ports on your computer or the TV but it might be worth checking. :)

My friend that is visiting found a VERY old can of Folgers here and brewed some this morning. It sounds like it was worse than skipping morning coffee. Hope you perked up once at work, do they have a coffee pot there?

Strong water flow on the river for tonight’s walk.

I made some good progress in the barn today. Now time to burn some of my dinner off with a little walking and running. 42F with a cold wind that will keep me moving quickly!

A little too cold and fast for swim this evening.

Usually I would do that but I was only home for lunch and campinspecter wouldn't be able to un-hook everything and get his TV back for regular viewing. It was quite the game. I started browsing the comments on FaceBook about the event and it was quite amusing.
