Geesh people your not going to melt, if you really thought you would then you should have stayed home on a day like today. The freaking cart corral was just 10 steps across the aisle and another 10 back. Well that is what it took me to take mine and yours over there.

I know your not going to melt, I am 71 years old and never saw a real human melt ever. Personally I think your just plain out and out LAZY and think of your self as special.

I do hope the get even gods find you some day with a run away wind driven cart that scrapes a huge ugly scratch down the side of what ever you drive. Of course I know what you were driving as you got out of your silver SUV as I was walking by going into the stor

You know a cart left out of the cart corral because they thought like you, they were just to special to do the right thing and put the cart in the corral.

Yes, downright lazy. But I have noticed one thing for certain. Most of the people who return carts to the cart corral are ones in the older generation. Not sure why but it happens.

Hopefully, it then smacks into the side of the idiot who has to park as close to the store as possible..........IN 2 SPACES !!!!!!!!

not to mention the able bodied clowns who find it necessary to park in the HANDICAPPED ONLY spaces...........................

I have even run into the latest thing where the shoppers will leave the cart right in the checkout aisle and just grab the one or two bags that they paid for.

The first time it happened, I said "You forgot your cart maam!" What a look I got in return!!!

I park next to the corrals, so I don't have to walk. :D

That's where I usually park too .... Less chance of getting hit by a cart there.

My truck door was blown backwards by a 90mph gust. The day I picked the truck up from having the door and fender repaired I went to a store and had the front handicap space. Someone was nice enough to return a cart all the way to the sidewalk in front of the store (no cart corrals). As I was leaving the store, I saw that cart being hurled towards my truck by the wind. Right. Into. My. New. Door.

Only thing left to do was laugh about it.

Here you want to stay away for those cart corrals because of the way some people get those carts going then with a mighty shove let go. Some times they do make it in the cart corral too.

I like to part half way across the lot up hill from the cart corral. the wind doesn't tend to push those carts up hill. Wouldn't you like to have one of those huge half sheets contact paper things they put on illegal parked cars some places for those double slots takers.

It is one thing to not return a cart, it is a whole 'nother thing to actually leave the cart smack dab in the middle of a parking spot (and no wind, so they deliberately left it there). Seriously!!!!

Yeah, it irritates me that people don't return carts, but if they put them in a spot that is out of the way (on the lines between rows of cars) I can deal with it.

Oh yeah. I see it all the time and it pizzes me off. People park in handicapped and use someone else's sticker. They get out of the car and rush into the store. Anyone can tell they definitely are not handicapped...at least physically. Not so sure about the other part being handicapped though.
