    Yes G I am aware and it stems from every angle including the government but I won't comment on that as its politics and its a forbidden subject. Broken completely broken and anything is repairable but with the involved players, greed and current mindset of our society it will remain broken possibly forever.

    Yeah if they ever have to get to them the are screwed but I won't be around , they are number 8's (1"bar) top and bottom mat at 9" on center with mechanical couplers that the bolts break off when reaching the required torque so no backing off the bolts on them suckers. Where the piping interrupted coupling the 8's from one side to the other on the strong axis had to drill and dowel 2 no 5's for each 8 interrupted and custom bend them over and under the pipes. PIA but done butttttt, heres the kicker right next to the new ejector pit is an existing one that is to remain .

    When i first viewed it (drawings pre-construction)I suggested that we remove it and replace it so we could Pre-prufe (special waterproofing) right out the exterior foundation wall, fell upon deaf ears so now that we finished all the pits down there 5 total between elevator and ejector pits the hydrostatic pressure is building and now the existing pit is leaking like a sieve. Going to be a disaster now as we are closing the Glory Hole that we dropped the equipment down through to do the work (against my will to close it now) so this should be interesting. I have been a nice guy up to this point but I think its time to smoke some of these arrogant young know it all engineers and architects. I mean what the hell does the old guy know thats been doing it for 38 years ? in comparison to the fresh out of college kids who have not built a thing outside of CAD, Revit, or BIM.
