If anyone is interested, the Rocky Mountain Pellets are not as hot. And they jam more often. The stove is fresh off a thorough annual cleaning. I've been running the stove on setting 5 (1-6) , not unusual, except the weather is not that bad, and wind only around 20/40mph gusts- this makes it unusual.

Friday bourbon o'clock. tough day. tenant from h$ll in my face again. his power is out....tried to say I was deliberately cutting his power....but it was because he tripped the breakers...because he's running electric heaters....to pizz me off with the electric bill.(included in the rent) ...which I simply billed him back for. anyway, he thinks he can win an argument with the landlord when he doesn't have a lease or is holding over. got a letter today from his Atty complaining about the bass noise from another tenant... sent it to my atty with a note.. EVICT HIM!

and that's why it's five o'clock bourbon time!

Hate to tell you this (I'm sure you already know it though) but the health care system is broken and most likely is not repairable. The insurance companies are diagnosing you not your doctor and you are not the insurance company primary interest. The providers are in on it as well-why else do insurance companies pay 25% of what you would pay walking in without insurance for the same procedure ? This may not be the doctor themselves but the money grubbing company that the doctor works for.

OMG, I was outside this evening and there was music in the air. Peepers, not many but it was peepers. Fist bonified sign of spring. I've seen confused birds, plants that are off schedule, but peepers are like clocks.

Got home (finally!) last night and did a god cleaning of the P43 - including LBT. The ash pan was this close to overflowing even though I had stirred it up to settle the ash last weekend. I should have cleaned it last weekend but it was way too windy. The stove was stone cold when I got home so had been off at least an hour (probably most of the day). Never ran last night. Shouldn't run during daylight hours today. However, we got a winter storm coming in, so it sure as heck will be going tonight or early tomorrow morning.

The P61a is still cycling on a regular basis. I gotta give it a good cleaning today while it is still decent out (high supposed to be in the 40's, but at least not windy).
