Some people count their fortune in money, but the true measure of a man's worth is in his friends. Those "great bunch of guys" showed that you are indeed, a very wealthy man. Glad you're healing up well, and God bless.:salute:

2 cords of ask/maple mix, 1 cord of white pine, and a couple truck loads of red oak form the cabin. Burned more wood than expected, just about a face cord left of the white pine and were out until I get up to the cabin. I'd guess we burned up 1,5 cords at the cabin also.

Hard to say. I’m gonna reach at 1 and 1/2-2 cord. Mainly the inaccuracies exist because I just stack it and then burn it. Not all my piles are in cords. Also I burn on days when its rainy here too so the damp gets chased out. Winter is Winter but even still wet isn’t comfortable. This coming year I’ll likely do a better count.

Nah! It's only a 12x60 trailer but I have beefed up the insulation quite a bit....So I still think over all that's alot for such a small area to heat...

Still burnin 24/7 although smaller less intense fires. Done put ~4.5 cords through the stove this year. I'll probably reach 5 before all is said & done - a cord more than average.

Yeah, it's not warming up any too quickly around here either.
Wife wants me to get another face cord from friends FIL, I may have to.
It's either that or pay the fuel oil co.

A crap load! Not sure exactly, I don't really measure, more than 5 for sure, less than 10. Still burning pretty much 24/7, just switched to shoulder season wood (box elder). No end in sight either! Supposed warm up a few days, than more snow this weekend and much colder than usual next week.

Exactly, that's why I start this! We'll be in the 80's by the weekend but whats funny is it's 34º out right now at 0800 :picard: It is very interesting to see where everyone's at. Come Mothers day it'll all be done for most except the far Northern folks! :)

    42ºF today
    52ºF tomorrow
    62ºF Friday and maybe Saturday.
according to the weather guessers, hoping they are right or at least not too far off
forties at night instead of twenties.

Should get to the lower 50's today with rain tonight followed by a dry Thursday but one to two inches of rain this weekend. We are not done with the 40's yet either:mad:

the bad thing is that my wife is out of town for the weekend and I was planing on a couple of days of CSS to get caught up on the extra wood I burned this weekend. Now the forecast is for rain, wind and snow all weekend! :hair::hair: I might not get any CSS in!

We are starting to get more warm days then cold days now. Even if it snows it is gone by the next day now.
