    Man....what a drive this morning! Had 5" to drive through without the plows out yet. Was an hour and a half before I could drive speed limit! No matter, left earlier just for that reason.

    On the way home, highways were all bare except for where the winds blew snow onto the highway. The corolla had a workout with those wind gusts.

    Called Directv "loyalty" department, $55/month discount for 12 months and no contract extension.

    THEN

    Called an ISP provider (not sure that is the correct term- it uses a dedicated antenna/dish thing that bounces off their tower for internet ((not satellites in the sky)). Less expensive, no data cap, and faster speed!! The tower should be completed by October this year.
