    The '01 Intrigue is back on the road (gaskets & hoses arrived last night :ups: just finished 'er up), got a couple of Beers in the fridge :coldone:, and some pellets in the shed.. :vulture:

    12-14 hour days at work for the last two weeks (not including the 2 hours of drive time). Will probably continue like that until the end of May. Don't even get lunch in there. Haven't had time to get on this place for a couple of days - sneaking in 15 minutes today.

    Drove home in the sleet and snow the other evening. Last 10 miles the roads were slushy. Wished I had the truck instead of the car, but it wasn't too bad.

    Massive winds caused trees/wires down in my area. Yesterday morning had to detour and go booning on dirt roads, and then under downed lines (per PoPo's instructions - good thing I had the car - truck never would have made it). Every time the wind blows like that I'm so glad I had the willow taken down last summer!

    Now back to your regularly scheduled program - BEER :coldone:

    well, I dont think so......although the gunk thing usually isnt a exhaust problem (usually that messed with ignition and feed), its an intake problem....lack of air....but THAT suggestion wasnt well-taken......yea, needs to clean the flue for sure! In whatever event, somethings amiss, and the owner didnt seem concerned enough to do anything about it...
    *PREDICTION* Tech comes out, determines the issue was a dirty stove, cleans it, it runs great! fixed!.....Until next winter, when the stack effect limits intake air, causing the issue again........psst...outside air

    Dam B. Hope you get some down time sooner than later. That kind of schedule takes a toll on ya.

    Been there, done that with work. Actually doing it now too with a mix of crazy azz work and an even crazier life schedule. All without beer to take the edge off :rofl: :lol:
