There was some kind of face when the light was right.

I see it in every picture - taken from a picture on page 1 of this thread. There is an eye on the right and you can see the eye ridge on the left. In between is a snout and neck lines below. Kind of looks snake-ish or a blunt nose turtle to me

So, I am reading this thread and I think - well, I haven't checked on the bear den for awhile. Click on the link and a black screen comes up. Of course - it is night over there already. Duh!

A few years back there was a mother and a couple cubs (fresh) that wintered over on our walking route...about 1/2 mile-ish from the house. It was great watching them playing while Mom was trying to wake up! Less than 100' off the road, they used a culvert of an abandoned railroad grade.

Web cam bear just got his azz in trouble. He ate two llamas. Musta woke up hungry. My Cuz lives in Coram just a few miles from West Glacier. All the locals knew of the bear den and where it was. Cuz claims this news story is true:

Was webcam bear responsible for killing 2 llamas? Maybe

They didn't kill him but darted and moved him.

Just like other movie stars, he must think he can get away with anything!

Now if we could only start darting movie stars and re-locating them!!!

What a coincidence - they just had on the local news that a homeowner caught a bear in the act of climbing their 6' chain link enclosure for their goats. They were able to scare it off and have strung electrified wire along the top portion (below the top but above where the goats can reach).
