Not quite. My goal is Jan 1 but realistically it will probably be July 1. Can't quite get comfortable with the fixed income part yet plus I still have more house repairs I need done first.

I don't have much need for vast amounts of green. House is paid for, money coming in more than covers stuff and the banks just love me.

My truck goes into the body shop on Monday. I was run off the road back in early Feb and have been fighting with insurance companies ever since. Another vehicle pulled into my lane and I swerved to avoid it and hit a sign. I never hit the other vehicle so their insurance company is only accepting 30% of the claim so my insurance is paying up front and will go after the other company. So of course I have to pay the deductible. I guess they would have been happier if I hit the guy and drove him into a building or something rather than just pay for my vehicle.

I have found the same to be very true.

Of all seasons, I save the most money during the winter!

As a person who never had a Hormone, I find it quite interesting all the problems that the so-called "Cadillac" of stoves are having. Never had ANY of these issues with either my Avalon or Englander stoves. 1/4 of the price, "0" of the issues.

Your wife still working? Don't let her retire. If you let her retire, there will be no end ever to all those "needed" home repairs.

Well I've seen a lot of poorly operating non-hormone stoves. Now having said that most Harman stoves just work.

I think most stoves just work. Its the operators that are the issue.
