Hi guys, any thoughts on what to do for a husbands 50th bday party? Ya Ya, limited $$ and we are new here with little friends and family. What would you like if it was you?
Couple months away from that myself. I'd have to say what every guy wants on any day ought to be nice and always appreciated.
No worries on that part He has a relative and I have a friend that had expensive parties including videos on a big at rented hotel ballroom and free bar etc. Um nope, dont have nor not borrowing the cash for a bash like that. Arranged to get Bday decorations at his office and here, decorated grocery store cake at work and home made one here that night. Oh, and a pellet gun thingy that shoots salt to kill spiders (we have a kiddo later in life) and her pellet gun given to her for Christmas a couple years ago no longer pumps up..... So he'll have a new spider killer. (yes, he hunts and fishes and owns guns so I don't give the wrong impression
Thank you, thats exactly the kind of advice I am needing. The Bday decorations are all "Happy Birthday" but I toyed for a long time about over the hill gag gifts. Guess It's good the date crept up on me so fast it's too late to order them. I told the office manager to feel free to razz him about "over the hill" jokes. I'll tell him I was wrong when I see him Sunday.
