Helped my brother inlaw get a couple cord out of the giant log pile my neighbor gave to me. We did 4 nice truckloads today and ill say they made out pretty good. We put my 15 yr old nephew to work and he loaded alot while we cut. I cant wait till my boy gets older. Theres gotta be over 12 cord left. Great day and its not over yet i might go cut this birch thats goin across my river. Also went over to my buddys house next to my sister and bucked up 6 fat 10ft pine logs for his outdoor burner. He’s got a 455 and when he saw the 576 buck those in under a few minutes he was like holy $hit. Tore them up!!

4 or 5 years sitting, no bark on anything, minimal punky stuff. The oak pushes moisture when the splitter hits it but, the splits dry so fast
