Anyone in NH looking for a free insert? I'm sure there are a few re-conditioners in the Salem area that might like that deal. don2222 perhaps?

 

Guess I'll throw my experience in too......when I moved into the present shack in '14, I literally ripped out the entire kitchen & started over. New appliances include a Whirlpool dishwasher, KitchenAid 'frig, Frigidaire range, and Whirlpool over-the-stove- microwave. The dishwasher has worked flawlessly since, along with all the others. <fingers crossed I didn't just jinx myself>

 

That being said - I've always had good luck with Kenmore stoves, vacs etc. I don't think I've had a Kenmore fridge or dishwasher so don't know about them.

 

Well, just checked the 10 day weather forecast.....looks like it's starting to cooperate with my way of thinking (read that to mean no sn*w of any real consequence shown):

 

Looks like Eric VW and ivanhoe have let me in on a secret. I didn't know that Pellet Heads had an ongoing thread "what's up thread".

 

Just picked up this beauty for 3 bills.

OK, now I'm really pizzed.......two posts above (this morning around 10:15am), I attached a grab of the Weather Channel 10 day forecast......no mention of anything on Wed. Now, 9 hrs later, suddenly they're calling for 4-8".....WTF!!!!!!!

Cover for the ash pan. You can see the round magnets on the bottom that hold it in place.

 

It may get cold here but at least we don't get blasted with snow like you guys do.

 

This next storm seems to be following the pattern the past 3 took- 7 days out no worries it's going to stay south of NE. 3-4 days out models show it tracking closer plowable snow. Figure by Wed morning it's be saying 8-14 inches.

Ya I told the wife not to worry about weather this week and about 2 minutes after I hung up WPDH weather came on with a winter weather watch and 3-6"
Whats up with that !! Now I see up to 8" Cmon spring lets pick up the pace a bit and start kickin winters *&^%&$@!

 

Well B everyone has there favorites or go to products, we have had some bad luck with appliances and household goods the last several years. Nothing seems to last. We bought several Samsung items that didn't perform like we thought they should, but I'm glad you have had good luck with yours. We also had an issue with a Panasonic and an Insignia TV. And a expensive sump pump that only lasted 3 years. Recently bought a Sony TV that has a great picture . We bought a better (more expensive ) TV that we hope will last a while. I have a bud that loves LG stuff, we may try them for the next few items.

Wow, that is a run of bad luck with one brand. I have just the opposite experience. I have both a Samsung washer and dryer, front loading, and love them both. I especially like clean out access in the front of the washer. I have two samsung tablets, and two cell phones and one samsung tv. all working without a burp. I have a samsung s5 phone that I like better than my S7. My tablets are like lightning fast. Work every bit as well as my Ipad with much less cost. I have to tell you it is my first choice for a go to brand. But, had I your experience, I would avoid them. After all, there are many other options available. Best to be comfortable with your purchase when giving out that hard earned money. Change of subject, how are the pups?
