It rained for 4 weekends straight so the ground was nice and moist. Man the trees are everywhere. Also, here in the south. It’s time to overseed the lawn. So what if we are getting snow Sunday. What the heck is going on? Usually I’m in shorts and tank top when I overseed!!

Now that I have my first scrounge under my belt I’m gonna bust up in everyone’s driveway and say “ hey! You want me to get this wood up for you????? For free?”

She’s a biggun! :saw::saw: Nice score! Usually those big old red maples can have a lot of heart rot, at least around here. You get that whole stump? I’ve got another one like that my place if you’re interested. :D

    I’m a big fan of maple. :D

The firewood is good stuff too. Very similar to ash in terms of dry time and heat. But, the maple produces a lot of ash when you burn it- go figure...

CHeath somehow that just does not look right working on the lawn at this time of the year. Unheard of here. Heck, ours is white. Hoping that goes away soon though.

Believe it or not there is snow in the forecast for tomorrow. That is also unheard of. Usually we have started our lawn mowing and spring cleaning by now.
