    I think so. Honda knock-offs. I have a 6.5 HP on my Iron and Oak 22T, it runs well. Can't beat it for the price.

    The old guy has money. I shouldn't tell him how to spend it. He is currently rebuilding/restoring his Dad's old 1936 Oliver Hart Parr tractor. He showed me in his checkbook where he just cut a check to a guy in Nebraska $700 for an exhaust manifold to finish the engine.

    Oh yeah, predator motors are great. I have a chonda predator ( chinese Honda knock off) 6.5 hp that was a simple bolt in replacement for the 5 hp Briggs. 99 dollars very well spent.

    What's funny is that a new genuine honder is like 6x the cost of the chonda.

    That's at my cost at work as we use a good amount of GX Honda's for powering remote hydraulic power units.
