I had the same issue with the line conditioner/protector on my fridge and a small generator last fall. Its a high end one made for copiers/comouters and doesnt allow dirty power through so I had to take it off for the fridge to run.

I am amazed at how many people have trampolines in the yard.

I use to love them when in school at gym class which was the only place that had them back then (just like the carnivals were the only places with bouncy houses). But wont get on a trampoline any more.

Not even a flicker here. Good thing as I didn't have much fuel for the genny. Niece is on the cape, She posted vid's of the transformers blowing up. Looked like aliens were landing.............

Luckily they didn't get the flooding.

Will, nice pics! "Steve'O Snowman" needs another Bottle !

Looks like you guys got the brunt of this Nor'Easter. Be Safe out there!

It WILL melt, eventually... That would be like June, here. :picard:

Time to get trash to the dump, dig out the arrowhead sized sliver of rock from the sn!wblower impeller caused from pushing a ton or three of slushie sn*w through the chute, finish the driveway, clean & re-fire the stove,

and get to work - the swing in temps. over the past few weeks has created much IT work here, lot's of electronic equipment issues (mechanical HDDs, Fans, Power Supplies, etc.) recently... 'Tis the season. :picard:

    * These Cyberpower UPS units here are pretty sensitive to input line voltage / Hz, found that also ..

Had to tweak the Genset to get within ( +/- 2 Hz ) of 60Hz w/ the Gen running under load, (121v (ish) / 61.1Hz no-load, vs. 115v / 59.8 (ish) Hz @ 80% load * (if the load % on the GenSet gauge was accurate) for the UPS units to not complain.

^^ I was able to do this during a maintenance test run, if it was an actual emergency - I would have unplugged the UPS to shut it up.

Steve, if you have the PFC version UPS - you can adjust the line sensitivity by pressing the [Silence Alarm] and [Control] buttons at the same time for 3 seconds to enter setup, use the [Display] or [Silence Alarm] buttons to rotate through the options, to set the unit to Low Sensitivity ..

Have a Safe and Fun day all,

Thanks Rob...I'm going to mess with it now. The funny thing, like I said, when I first got this I could have sworn I tested it on the genny and it was fine.....unfortunately, my CRS is getting bad :picard:
