yup air compressor on board mod so I can inflate/deflate which ever tire package I want.
Don't believe they figured the load rating into cantilevered triple tire package in the bearings but WTH - if its OEM stuff when the insurance claims guy come round

That is a foreign concept to me and probably will never be experienced by me....
Now that the pity party is out of the way - :emb:

I like the concept of the milk crate seat - allows air flow, nothing worse than have a sweaty behind on the tractor. I was actually thinking of getting one of those old man wooden beaded seat covers.

You might need a flag car when you trailer it.

All I can say is I don't regret at all the decision to trade my real tractor for a cut. Even with smaller bites the increased mobility and maneuverability more than make up the difference.
Congratulations Basod !! You'll wonder how you lived without it !

I thought I'd throw this out there. I bought a 3 point counterweight box from my dealer, but instead of sand or filling it with concrete I took a different approach. I used lead from used wheel weights I sourced from local tire shops. Most all of them here toss them into 5 gallon buckets and sell them reasonably. Instead of just tossing them in I put the box in a kiddie pool of water melted the lead, strained out the steel and poured it in. A steel plate is over the lead all painted to match. The box appears empty....funny as @#'ll watching people's face as they try and move it. But this way I have a toolbox too.

Just my opinion, but the point of compact utility tractors is to be......compact and light, like the name suggests. You can add alot of ballast to these tractors before you get close to the axle ratings. Which is the flexability they provide. Light when you need it, add weight and heavy when you need it.

Ah. Grasshopper. It is good that you have experienced a case or two of swamp-azz. A wise tractor operator learns from this, and walks with his nose upwind.

Congrats on a purchase you won't regret. I have the L3200 which I thought was the smallest L available? 2013 model. I bought the quick detach plate for the loader and a set of forks I scrounged from a plant. I use them to move my plastic pallets of wood. I can move a half cord at a time, or very close to that depending on the species. A friend of mine stopped over when I took the delivery. Looked at the tractor. Looked at my property. Looked me in the eye and said "man, you'll be able to f*&K this place up good with that thing!".

The grapple is an awesome attachment I'd have some action pics this afternoon if not for the rain and lightning.
