    coal . Thats a show piece . To dangerous to burn anything in it with the cracks in the burn pot.

    Yup Coal. Those are some serious cracks indeed. Is the stove yours or you looking to buy it for a project of sorts?

    I thought it was coal but the name threw me off. Should have known because the Rabbit Hash General Store used to sell coal about 100 years ago. Commercial coalers on there up and down river would stop at Rabbit Hash and Hamilton Landing and drop a few tons of coal at the 2 local stores 0which was then sold to the local farmers.

    It's a decoration on the front porch of the Rabbit Hash barn where the Saturday night barn dances are held.
