This warm weather along with the 1.25 (or more) of rain coming in next week might open up the woodlands, it will clear the Brook out.

Does this mean no sugaring for you?

Is your snow knocked down pretty much? Or didn't you have that much to begin with?

It ain't looking good. I'll have an answer for that by next week, I usually tap this weekend traditonally, but the mild temp all next week won't be too good.

    It's gone......

We didn't have much to begin with. It's been yet another sad, lame winter here in central PA. every REAL storm that moves in, it has warmed up and rained.....LOTS.

Then the cold moves in and it freezes.

Sorry to hear that. We have had more snow than the last few years here. But now it's melting fast and furious water everywhere.

We can't keep enough snow for the snowmobile trails to stay open or have enough base for nice riding, this afternoon I was taking the dog for a walk when I heard the sound of snowmobiles coming down the road which is down to the pavement, lots of sparks flying.

My yard is an absolute swamp. It sure would be nice to have a stretch of sunny days to dry it up a bit.
