Heavy logs. Was able to lift all that up and over the rails. The pc of ash was all it wanted. 42” and 6 feet long though.

I need some of that easy to get to wood. I think the closest I can get a truck to anything is 1.5-2 miles. I use either a wheeler or snow machine to ferry.

That's a interesting machine, looks useful. I wish I could pull right up to a log pile. Just not that way here. Even with the effort, burning wood is way cheaper than home heating oil.

Kids are both under the weather. Nothing bad yet. Other than that all's well.

    How's your crew?

Were all good. Had hockey today, I know my younger 2 (same age team) won both their games 2-0 both games. Justin scored all 4 points. He's daddy's little man. Apparently someone knocked his sister down Hannah 5 and Justin 7 checked him into the boards and told him if he touched his sister again it would be the last time. He got a 5 minute penalty, and warned he would be thrown out of the game if he got by that other player again. This is a no checking age. Tommy 9 my oldest the defense man had two good games broke up a lot of opportunity. The coach's asked mum if Justin could play up on the squirts team. J did not score, but hustled enough that they want him to play the rest of the year on that team 9-11 year olds, J will be 7 next week.

Hey there Tom, looks like the cold air that is leaving you is coming here, hope it warms a bit before it gets here.
