    We made the trek to see him today, he was heavily sedated but tried to open his eyes for me and squeezed my hand:yes:. Thank you for the prayers :) please keep the prayers coming, he's got a long way to go.

    WWW is going to tow the 5th wheel down there tomorrow so I can be near ( 1/2 hour away ), though its grown like crazy I remember the area so I'll be fine navigating. Blackie is coming with me (as well as my Colt) and WWW will take care of lil one here.

    Yeah. I always hated to drive even the motorhome in winds like that. We'd simply park it most times but we have driven in some stronger winds. I not so fondly remember one time in NM trying to outrun a blizzard. We came upon a cattle truck that the wind simply blew over. Needless to say, we passed through that area a bit slower than normal. Missed the blizzard too.

    I had a phone conversation with my father tonight, first one in almost 2 weeks:thumbs:. Thrilled!! Hopefully he gets to go home in a couple weeks after regaining some strength. Go Dad!!!!
