A little Norway Maple scrounge

    I think our city planted these trees all at the same time because I see a fair bit of them being cut down or cracking after a big wind storm.

    Anyways, was driving my kids to a b-day party. Dropped them off, went home to get the saw. I didn't take that much. When I came back there was an 80+ year old italian man bucking and splitting. He was pretty productive. Nice guy. True hoarder.

    Great score. I have a bunch of Norway that I might be getting into this year, but hopefully won't have to burn until next. BTU charts have it between sugar and red maple, so I'm pretty excited.
