Weird, yesterday there was a dozen snowmobiles out on the ice most of the day. Today it's all wheelers.
Wife and I went to Lansing today for some odds and ends and we decided to go to a local brewery for lunch. That didn’t happen! Every single space downtown was taken and all the parking meters where flashing out of time.... There was a huge protest going on and all of the world apparently knew about it except us! When I finally found a space some doop face parked with his back tire a foot over the line... If your gonna protest and not pay to park at least use one space! I’m about to start a protest protesting the protesters ability to protest in out of time parking spaces without paying! Anyways I had an anxiety moment literally and about went ape $&&?) on the protesters blocking the crosswalks downtown so cars couldn’t go through and yelled get out of the way and eventually just drove slowly twords them until they realized I was serious and moved out of the way fingers flying.. ( no joke ) Man I’m pizzed off right now. I won’t say what they where protesting it’s their right to and I don’t oppose that but show some dang courtesy to the people who are watching willing or not! My only thought was get the wife out safely....... Off to blow smoke out my ears elsewhere just needed a good rant!
Kegerator cleaned and reloaded with 2 more kegs (a Stout and a IPA)...currently cleaning my empty keg.... need to get a Bottle of JB Vanilla Whiskey to start soaking some oak cubes for an upcoming Porter...

Snowing all day down there (here too). Don't expect the turnout was huge but who knows? As long as they stay down there......
No football watching here. If the unpatriotic SOBs want to take a knee, during the National Anthem protesting injustice in America, I will stage my own protest. I watched some games the 1st couple of weeks of the season before I decided to stage my protest. I refuse to watch or buy their product. Yes I miss my football since the college season if over. We will be watching Puppy Bowl on APL on Feb 4th. Enough of my rant. My sister is in from Alaska and wanted to attend the North Coast Fly Fishing Expo in Brecksville. I picked her up at mom's yesterday and we had a wonderful day at the expo. Got home late last night and slept in this morning. Watch several episodes about Texas Game Wardens and then pried my lazy behind out of the recliner. Moved a 1/2 cord of wood up to the house. Made a 30 gallon garbage can full of kindling and shorten a stack of splits that were to long for the stove. Took a hike out back and there is a lot of downed trees to work on. I hope the weather holds.
